I'm trying to find old saves from a play of IWD1 Complete. OS Search Icewind didn't work, could be a bug in search, because I see no reason why I would have drop those saves. Alas manual search is a lot of troubles because I have plenty OS installed on the same Mac. So that would help me if someone remind where was the save for IWD1 Complete on Mac, that was before Galaxy.

EDIT1:
Ok found it including why the OS didn't found. The saves was embedded inside the application (Container) the OS probably doesn't search here, because those contents aren't supposed to include saves documents preferences or anything but technical stuff of the application.

So for that version the saves (Icewind Dale.app is the application):
Icewind Dale.app/Contents/Resources/drive_c/GOG Games/Icewind Dale Complete/mpsave

I wonder the saves compatibility with the current version installed through Galaxy.

So Post Galaxy it changed but at similar location than old location quoted above there's now a link to new location, nice detail. Anyway the new location post Galaxy is:
~/Library/Application Support/GOG.com/Icewind Dale Complete/mpsave
