Can someone explain me why ID:EE on GOG.com costs 20$, while on Steam it costs 12.60$?

On Steam, the game is regionally priced (12.60$ is for you, for me it's 19,99€), but on GOG it is the same price for everyone.

Is the GoG price stated above taking into account the series discount when you already own the classic versions of IWD1 and 2?
Edit: Nevermind, doesn't look like IWD:EE has the series discount like many other games on GoG do.
