I was getting back into IWD2 and really enjoying it when I ran into this game halting bug.

I'm in the Underdark/Drider Lair and I just killed all the Driders and poisoned the big ugly mother. I talked to Ginafae to tell her to go back and talk Malavon, and so she did. Except now after going back to check in on her and Malavon, she is nowhere to be seen and I have no dialogue options to tell him about completing my task. So I'm SOL.

I was hoping someone knew some cheats to bypass this or debugs to get Ginafae to appear, maybe a console command to move the quest along?

Long shot here, but I figure it's worth a try. :(

You can kill Malavon and his gang instead. You'll get more XP and loot for this than for doing his quests iirc.

Check you haven't left a drider in a corner somewhere, she won't go back until they are all gone.
