For enabled a console need edit file icewind.ini. But I can not find this file any space... Not in install game folder, not in Windows users folder. I use a special search in Total Commander, finding and scaning all disk C:\ but nothing finding (Game installed on C:\). How I can enabled console window in game?

It is better to provide the game and the version you are talking about. IWD, IWD:EE, IWD:2..

I believe you are playing Icewind Dale Enhanced version. I believe you need to change Baldur.ini

You're using the wrong settings. Insert two new lines after the line that says
INSERT INTO options ROWS (

'Program Options', 'Debug', '1',
'Program Options', 'Debug Mode', '1',

Make sure the game is not running when you change the ini.

No. The console is opened with CTRL+SPACE. You then need to enter the correct code after the C: prompt, like so:

C:AddGold("1000")

Excellent. You can't mark this topic as 'solved', since you never made it a question.
