Hi,

I just started playing IWD1 again and noticed that there is a hell of a lot of tearing in the game when playing in Opengl mode. To avoid the tearing, I started disabling Opengl, but then the fog of war starts flickering. So my question is, is there any way to enable Vsync in IWD1?

There's no setting in the game to enable it as far as I'm aware, so you'll probably have to force it through your video driver's control panel.

ddrawfix is now installed by default, & you can't run drawfix & vsync.
You could try running setup-ddrawfix.exe & uninstalling it & see how it goes.
Are you using Win 8?

Yes, I am using Win8. I already uninstalled it and I am running the game in software mode. But I would like to run it in OpenGl with Vsync activated if possible. Or at least without tearing if there is another way to get rid of it.

what kind of graphics card do u have? If you have Nvidia or ATI you should be able to force vsync on, maybe Intel can do the same thing, not sure.
