Is the complete score for the game included? It says "2 soundtracks" on the game page so it's a bit confusing. I would totally buy it just for the soundtrack if the whole thing is in there :)

As far as I can tell, the full soundtrack is included. The music for the main game and the expansion are in different folders, so it does in fact have two complete soundtracks.

Yeah, it seems the full soundtrack is included... so you know, there are 51 tracks from the main game, 18 from the expansion. However, most are very short, lasting between 30 and 90 seconds... good music, but I do wish there was more of it. Pretty sure this is the entire soundtrack, though... it seems to cover everything.
