(IF I remember well) one for each character and I think so, how human become them, that is, how white become the portrait.
Best Ending: AM and the two other supercomputers are destroyed and the human survivor initiates the terraforming of Earth and the awakening of the lunar colonists.

This is achieved by disabling all parts of AM, returning to the supercomputers and when they demand the totem of entropy you use it on them.

Phyrric Ending: AM and the two other supercomputers are destroyed, but a remnant part of AM kills the lunar colonists by disabling the life support systems.

Instead of disabling only the Ego as the Russian and Chinese computers want you to do, either disable the Ego and one other part of AM, or the Superego, the Id or both. When you return they will be angry because you disobeyed them and created a stalemate between them and AM. Now use the Totem of Entropy on them.

Bad Ending: The human survivor is turned into a creature that is unable to kill itself, can hardly move and has no mouth.

There are several ways to reach this ending.

1. Kill every human. This can be done by using any totem (except the Totem of Entropy) on the Russian and Chinese computers and repeating this with all characters. Alternatively they can kill themselves on the pylons. However, AM will intervene before the last human can do so. Also, you could keep talking to the three parts of AM. The Superego will warn you not to bother it.

2. Give the Totem of Entropy to Surgat.

3. Give the Totem of Entropy to AM.

4. Use the Totem of Entropy on the Russian and Chinese computers before disabling even one part of AM.

5. Do as the Russian and Chinese Computers tell you and only disable the Ego. Return to them.

Also, I do not know if this is was overlooked or if it is supposed to be a red herring, but you do not actually need to activate the pylons.

If I am not mistaken you do not have to get the white background for every character to win. It only helps by allowing you to make a few mistakes at the end, like entering the wrong password for the computer console, or making mistakes while talking to the three parts of AM.

I do not think it is possible to "lose" any psychodrama, except Nimdok's. If you do so, you can still win the game because everyone can find out the password for the computer console. Just enter the wrong password a few times and they will remember Nimdok telling them never to forget 1945.

This what made me be so wrong with my answer, the characters dialogue after becoming that thing are different (I tried with everything), and I can't remember if that happens with the "good" ending also.
