I would like to change the language, that is used in game. Human Resource Machine automatically starts the game up in german (probably since my version of Windows is in german) but I would prefer to play in english. I can't find an option to change the language in game. When I use the language_setup.exe the english language is already selected but if I save and exit that the game still starts in german. Even if I go into the languages folder, open settings_de.txt and change "language = de" to "language = en" it still starts in german.

Is there any way I'm able to play the game in english?

Same issue, except my version of Windows is English so it seems like it bases itself on location.
Found the solution.
Navigate to: %APPDATA%\Human Resource Machine\
Edit the settings file and change language: System to Language: en

That has done the trick. Thank you very much!
Is there a way to change the language on MAC to ?
To change the language on Mac, go to ~/Library/Application Support/Human Resource Machine/ (cmd-shift-G in Finder, then paste the path), open the settings.txt file you see there and change "language = system" line to "language = en" or "language = pl". The language is a two-letter code.
