puzzles me a bit. can't seems to find any reasonable answer in google.

SPOILERS:

If you read the newspaper bits that appear in the protagonist's house, you can gather that all the gangsters he's killing are russian.



HUGE SPOILERS:

If you get all the secrets, solve the puzzle and use the computer in the last chapter, the conversation with the janitors will explain that they've been apparently running the gangster-killing operation to stop the formation of a "russo-american coalition".

yup, i finished the game twice already, got all the key letters and stuff, have seen the depuzzled ending, so no spoilers for me. but having the big title in russian on a main screen still doesn't make much sense anyway.
well, all in all, the game is far too crazy for me to ask questions like that.

Heh, compared to some of Cactus' other games, Hotline Miami is relatively sane ;)

tried Keyboard Drumset Fucking Werewolf this week. kind of represents all the indie development thing if you ask me, lol
