I've got the GOG version of Hotline 2, when do GOG pre-orders go live?
It says 10th march, but I am not sure which time zone counts. In Europe, the release would theoretically be in five minutes.
I'm from Italy and I paid for the preorder. I can't access to the game actually.
I think that GOG will release it at the same time of Steam, at 04:00 PM UK GMT time :)

Shelter 2 was released around 8 hours ago, possibly even earlier, so I guess HM2 goes live similarly.
The two games I pre-ordered on GOG (Broken Sword 5 and Grim Fandango Remastered) were both released basically at their worldwide release date and time (basically, being released on GOG, Steam and other stores simultaneously). Do note that the 10th March is an *estimate*, and don't start despairing if the game doesn't show immediately on the night of the 10th. Take into account time zones, GOG's wrapping/proof-testing of the installers they provide, and try having a little patience.

I trust GOG and I know this game is sure to be available to download as soon as possible.

I even woke up an hour earlier, because I thought that HM2 would be available now, but it still says "soon" in the library. Well, patience is a virtue, I guess.

@ everybody with some expericence concerning new releases on Gog: What about the server stability? Is it worth to wait until the very second the game goes online, or is a download in the first hours not possible, because servers are overloaded?
The Preorder goes live in approximately 6 hours and 30 minutes I believe

Based on my experience, GOG's servers tend to hold up pretty well. Whereas there weren't that many people downloading Broken Sword 5 as soon as it was available to download, there sure were a lot downloading Grim Fandango and I never had any issues downloading them as soon as they were made available -- plus, both Broken Sword: The Serpent's Curse and Grim Fandango Remastered are way bigger than Hotline Miami 2, which could probably mean there are even less chances of any download issue happening with the latter.
