Will we get it tomorrow? One would hope so. But one still remembers that the previous patch took more than a couple of days to get here. Now, we've got Christmas and End of the World coming, so I foresee trouble, and people busy with stuff other than uploading the patch.

To deal with the problem, I kidnapped the GOG mascot - 404 bear. You can still see him at a 404 page, but that's just a 2D rendition meant to fool the GOG staff. The real bear is in my basement. For every day of delay, things will be done to the bear and pictures posted in this thread. So please make haste.

Update1: Eh, I fear this will take some time. Anyway, I had the bear dangling above my vat full of acid. I think some of it might have splashed on the poor mascot. (picture bear1.jpg)

Update2: Today we had a session with my laser of death. He got some ugly cuts. He doesn't like it here, he tells me. I don't like him here either.

Update3: My pet dinosaur got loose in the basement and started chomping on the arm of GOG's mascot. It wasn't pretty but he'll live. Though, I rather doubt they will be friends.

Update4: There's a Polish tradition that on the 24th December animals speak. They get a voice for this one day. The Bear Mascot did indeed babble a bit in a human voice. He told me he has lost any hope for ever being released as GOG staff doesn't seem to care for him. So I went easy on him, only The Kandahar Cock Wrench was used.

Update5: Sooo, he kinda tried to run away. Bit off his hand to get out of the cuffs. Then run for the forest. In such a situation I had no other choice but to send bloodthirsty reindeers. And, you know, they found him no problem, but not necessarily unharmed. I made the picture of his condition, but he looked like a red paint-shopped ball of pixels, disgusting. And besides it turns out you can't add more than five pictures to a post, so I have nothing to show for today.

But... we're getting it, right? I bought it here because I thought it was a good store and it always has cool extras with it's games so... we ARE getting it... RIGHT?

Yeah, of course we are and this is a rather awesome store.
They just aren't large enough to do everything lighting fast and thus require poking from time to time.

Really looking forward to this patch so I can finish the game.

Seriously, I love GOG but those patches are taking way too long.

At least, this time it's holiday season, so they have an excuse of sorts.
I'll start worrying if the patch isn't up on Thursday.

So, turns out the patch still isn't here? Damn, I just bought the game because of this new patch which fixes elevator errors, and I know there must be a surface on/off option included but I can't see it. Though my download link says it is Hotline Miami verison 2.0, so I don't understand anything.

2.0 is GOG numbering (there were two patches previously). They still haven't uploaded the new version.

Yay, another game has been updated - Alpha Centauri. Sadly still no Hotline Miami. -.-

It would be nice to get an ETA on the patch from GOG, I've been very eager to finish Hotline Miami.

IT STILL ISN'T HERE?! I beat the game without it, so no worries there, but I like to replay this game! This game made my laptop freeze in a horrifying way I already posted on here and I'd like to not have to worry about that in future playthroughs! Get on the ball guys!
