Hello all! To celebrate roughly 2 years of Hotline Wrong Number's workshop, my friend YossarianAssyrian and I have taken on a project to index and catalog all fan content for the game in a couple big, easy downloads. The goal is to be as comprehensive as possible of the Hotline 2 community's output, and make workshop content easily available on GOG.com and Humble Bundle releases of the game.
The first round is all 983 publicly available workshop campaigns, indexed by date, name, and creator(s):

The zip is 722 MB and the uncompressed folders total 1.3 GB in drive space.
This is a big file! Does it work?
Yes, and surprisingly I've had little to no errors loading all the campaigns at once. It very well may cause your editor screen to load slowly, but it has never crashed our games.
How do I set this up?
For Windows, you should unzip the contents and put them in the directory Documents > My Games > Hotline Miami 2 > Levels > campaigns ; doing this will cause all 983 campaigns to show up locally on any copy of Hotline 2 installed on your computer, be it Steam, Gamer's Edition or otherwise.
A lot of these campaigns have "%%%%%%%%%" for dialogue, what does that mean?
Almost always, the campaign is in Russian. Setting your language options to Russian will "fix" the issue by displaying the original Cyrillic dialogue text. Translators of Russian to English are too rare.
What about non-mutually-compatible reskins of weapons, effects, and the HUD? Are they in this?
No. We'd have really liked to put them in, but are saving those for a later release of manual-installs. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but it's better to keep the downloads big and simple.
I HATE YOU, I HATE WORKSHOP CONTENT! STOP REMINDING ME OF THIS STUFF!
We know that much workshop content isn't... up to par with the main games. It's not really our place to harshly judge what people get out of Hotline or what they want to do with it. If you want content you really like, you'll probably have to make it yourself!
Workshop has 991 campaigns... how did you select these 983?
The 'missing' campaigns are simply not available for everyone to download. They could be marked Private or Friends Only, and would require both finding the URL codes for their items and then friending the specific authors. We may do this at a later date, but for now you'll have to deal with the 'wrong number'!
Will you keep this updated?
The plan is to post new zips to supplement this big one monthly or bi-monthly. This big zip covers 20160503 to 20180322. The next zip for campaigns will be much smaller. We'll also eventually be doing all this for the single levels, and then the manual reskins!
Anyway, this is it for this week (maybe a couple of weeks, it depends). Keep an eye out for more of these dumps leading up to a fully indexed release of all custom content!
