anyone else experiencing problems with the key binding? tried to reconfigure the keys and now it seems broken. the options in the main menu keep moving like crazy. any help would be appreciated.

It's a well-known bug. They are working on it. The game just doesn't react well to setting the keys to arrows. The next patch, which should arrive tomorrow, will help with this.

I'm not quite sure how to deal with this right now. You can try to delete the whole game (with saves, just back them up somewhere) and reinstall. But I heard this might not work.

Found the fix - you need to show hidden folders in folder options, then goto:

C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/Virtual Store/Program Files/GOG.com/Hotline Miami

Then delete the file keyboard.dat

And that's it, no more scrolling menu!

Woaw, thanks for the information ! :O

now I might have found why uninstalling the game and reinstalling the 1.0 version is still giving me the same errors the 1.1 brought (having to "Ignore" every frame and no music playing).

It's that (old config files), or the VC++ 2010 redistributable requiring repair), or even worse: regedit settings who need to be removed/reset.
