my hotline miami 2 crashes all the time when i'm starting a combo over 5x.
Am I the only one ?
I'm using a 2015 macbook pro.

You're not the only one. I'm having frustrating crashes with the Mac version also. On level 4. Seems random for me... :(

Just tried again. It does seem to be when I get a combo over 5!

I'm also having crashes, on level 11. They seem to be triggered when a combo of approximately 5 or so resets.

So, is there anyway to fix this? Using OS X Yosemite V10.10.2 on iMac.

It seems like we have to wait for a patch or hotfix.
I've read on the 'steam troubleshooting' forum that there're people with the same issues.

I'm also getting crashes on the second floor of the first level. It might be to do with the combos but I'm not 100% sure yet.

Same thing here, crashes to desktop during gameplay. I didn't notice at the time but now that it's been pointed out, it was happening after achieving combos. Hope this gets fixed soon.

on my imac it does not work it all, just white screen when I start the game, have to restart it completely.

Since nobody is responding here I went to read the developer thread on Steam and apparently there's been an update released for the mac version that fixes this issue (see attached pic).

Any information as to when this is coming to GOG would be appreciated.

The same is for Linux, at least from what the Developers wrote. At this moment I cannot play the game due to the lockdown on keyboard and mouse, but I hope we'll get the patched version soon.

The official Hotline Miami Twitter account says the gog/humble patch is coming "soon". That was about four hours ago.

Me too. That's annoying. I'm playing on a Mac Book Air.

Thanks for this post. I was getting very frustrated at the seemingly random crashes on my MacBook Pro, I thought maybe my files were corrupted and was about to download again. Nice to see there's a reason why... just hope we get a fix soon!
