Is there any chance Hotline Miami 1 will be updated to 64-bits in order to run on Mac OS Catalina ?

Same problem here! I bought the game a few weeks ago and it does not launch after the Mac OS Catalina update.

Did anyone find a solution?

There is none, as long as you are using 10.15. You could ask the dev if he plans on doing something about it but chances are he won't.
