Note: I created a new topic with the question problem category in order to clarify my issue, so if you have anything ignore the topic titled "why is this game set to run as an adminstrator" sorry about the confusuion.

Anyways when I start Hotline Miami after updating to the newest version I get a UAC notification (the standard "do you want this program to make changes to your computer" I was perplexed, I dug around and it turns out the game is set so that I run it as an administrator. I asked the developers and they had no idea about so it must be something GOG did.
So what's the reason for that setting? The game runs perfectly fine with it but can I turn it off without any issues? Thank you and sorry about the double posts
