I tried asking GOG for technical support but I have to attach a dxdiag report which was fine except the form they provide will not recognize my 'dxdiag.txt' file. They say they prefer the 32 bit version but I don't have that. Only the 64 bit version. I tried everything. Drag and drop, the add file button, but each time the file sits there greyed out and the request for help cannot be submitted.

Perhaps if they can fix that they could help me with the problem that bought me here. For 5 days I have been loving this game but when I got up about 12 hours ago I loaded my save and ran through the Sigma Cauldron. After getting a lift on a flying container I drop to the floor and get an error on the first autosave point. The game goes to the menu you get when you hit escape and it freezes. The error message I get is:

"Save game failed. please make sure you have enough free space on system drive, and the game has access to your Documents folder."

I have tried everything and nothing has worked Without a fix I cannot progress past the first autosave. Help, please.
They prefer a 32 bit version of the dxdiag.txt??? The game specs are 64 bit. Except for you, looks like everyone was hiding when intelligence was given to a goose! The strangest advise given to me was my video card does not function for the game. In that respect, someone I know that has a top end system and plays the game very well, dxdiag shows the same on the video screen as for my video card and my game will not start: I double click the desktop icon and absolutely nothing happens. Also not even when I double click the game exe in the main game directory.
