I managed to get 4 power cells very early in the game. Then I went to where the Weave Armor is. Used Cheat Engine to get the fifth power cell but the game didn't like that. Even though I could use all 5 power cells, shortly after that the armor locked up again.
This is a situation where only the in-game items will work. Creating an item while the official in-game item still exists simply is not allowed.
