Just trying to tweek the games for best performance and I'm also curious. I can't find any reliable stuff on Google so thought I'd ask here about what exactly these options are and if the make any kind of a huge difference. :P

Motion Blur
HDR Bloom
HDR Rays
Depth Bias

I figured out everything else but I'm stumped on these. Do having any of them turned off kill the spectacle of the game?
It's up to you to decide if turning those things off will kill the spectacle of the game, everyone will have different opinions.

I have them running only because I like to make sure my GPU can handle those heavy graphical features, though I would totally recommend turning off Motion Blur as that isn't really necessary. Depth of Field is also one to turn off, it's a pretty performance taxing feature.

Yeah, I found out about Depth of Field on day one. Turning that off made a HUUUUGE difference. I was able to push my resolution way up, turn on scarring, and up the overall detail, whereas with it on I was 800x600 and choppy as hell.

Now I'm just curious what the others do.
Motion blur makes everything blur when you turn the camera...some people like it, I hate it.
HDR Bloom makes lights look more shiney and "glowey"
HDR Rays add "beams' of light coming from light sources (like the sun). (They're the type of beams that happen sometimes when light filters through clouds).
Depth Bias basically prevents shadows from flickering.
