Im determined to play against other players on homeworld remastered. I am able to play with or without the 2.3 players patch. So far I have seen zero people in the multiplayer lobby. Whats up? how can we make a multiplayer scene?

HWRM was released on Steam in 2015, but wasn't released on GOG until over a year later. Hence the vast majority of the player base is on Steam where you can find multiplayer games. Unfortunately its very hard to find multiplayer games on GOG, as there is no cross platform play.
