Not sure why or how but all my ratings are going down all the time? This is while using actors 7/8+, the second camera and mic you can get, and generally good staff like a 8+ cinematographer/director. even that mobster movie, The Sicilian Tiger or whatever has now dropped to 1.8 after filming (it started at like 9.1)

almost feels like an anti-piracy mechanism making it impossible to make good things/enjoy the game?

any hints/ideas welcome

Seems that most (all?) of my employees have a happiness of zero all of a sudden? can i see why they're unhappy?

Have you researched gifts yet? Try giving each employee two gifts: watches, alcohol, and cigarettes. Always give two of each per employee. Loyalty decreases after three.

And then research maintenance items to improve your studio (more greenery, more trees).
