So i have this trouble when starting a new file or stag travelling in which the game freezes for at least 20 seconds when the presentation video starts, and then the game just skips the entire video right to the part when you are falling into hallownest at the beginning.
The same happens when using a stag station, the travelling video freezes an then skips entirely.
I have tried reinstalling the game completely but doesn't seem to work.
Any help will be appreciated

I have exactly the same issue...

Well, it seems there has been a recent update or something while i had the game uninstalled, since now it plays the videos normally.
Also on a side note, now reducing blur to medium seems to reduce stuttering greatly with no significant changes to graphics in game
