Even after the first update I have the following issues:
1) I can't get achievements inside the game or for GOG.
2) When I start the game it uses the GPU at 100% of usage and power for a few seconds (RX 7900XTX).
3) Even if I disable V-Sync I still can't get FPS over the refresh rate of my display, they seem to be locked as if V-Sync were enabled.
