I can't get achievements, I have completed a few but I don't get the notification on GOG or inside the game.

Same here, not that it a huge deal for me but I also noticed the 2 I got today didnt trigger on my profile so it seems they are not working right now on GOG

-Edit to say that im on Linux, maybe this is different from windows users. None of them trigger yet here:)
-Edit I noticed Im not getting any from Hollow Knight either in my end for my profile, so it not just Silksong for me but both games ;(

I've tried to verify the installation and a lot of things, but I can't get achievements. Not even inside the game.

Its strange you don't have the same problem with first game - Hollow Knight. Have you blocked the game connection(the exe) to internet somehow by mistake or something in firewall/or any other blocking software)? And are they installed in the same spot (the first game and SIlksong) ?

Oh at least I get them in game, its only on GOG they dont trigger.
Are u on windows or Linux?

Also, are u playing online or offline?
Might seem like a stupid question but this matters in some cases, tho not in ur case since they dont trigger in game either :s
But for Linux users for example, if ur use Heroic/Lutris this matters.
Lutris wont sync and register game time and achievements, but Heroic does, but only if ur online b4 u close the launcher down, else they dont get registered, not for me at least.

But this isnt the case for u no. I think it must be a general GOG and game bug ;(

For me the achievements didn't trigger in GOG galaxy if the overlay was off.
doing things that would trigger an achievement after turning on the overlay worked like a charm.

No clue why they wouldn't show up in-game unless you turned them off in the options

Same issue with achievements, though I don't know if GOG matters but I have noticed GOG Galaxy isn't always starting with my computer turning on despite it being toggled on in both the client and Windows settings so perhaps I have other issues with Galaxy and this is a side effect.

I'm quite deep into the game (mostly done with the Citadel) and I turned on Silksong's in-game setting to display achievements on the screen as they come so I've seen lots of them pop up as I complete various things and beat bosses however the in-game Achievements option on the main menu is only tracking four and I suppose GOG Galaxy is going off of that (or is it the other way around?) so they both think I only have four achievements total: Judge (for the end of Act 1), Claimed, Granted and Equipped (all three of which are very early). So it's quite the weird spread.

edit: deleted the relevant gameplay.db files in appdata/local and it's working again.

same issue, on linux using heroic games launcher.

Windows, the first game doesn't give the same issue. Windows, started from gog launcher with internet connection.

yep, I beat forth corus and another boss and didn't receive those achievements :(

I could be wrong but on my end GOG galaxy was never reliable with achievements, they are hit and miss all the time, hell, i was doing another Disco Elysium run and it only has like 3 of them, and i completed the game 5 years ago, so i if you care about achievements you should play on steam.

To be fair its kind of liberating not to worry about those hehehe, i dont mind galaxy skipping a few.

fair enough. I never cared for achievements so I guess that's why I never knew they didn't really work on GoG. Ah well, not the end of the world but thanks for the info
