Edit HitmanContracts config file, add a new line to the end

Change the StartUpperPos value to 0,0
and even you can change the resolution to higher, I use 2560 x 1440 it won't look better, but at least it's full screen.

As always, always copy the original .ini file as backup.

I ended up keeping the original hitmancontracts.ini file code and did the following:

Resolution 640x480 (Note - this makes the game run in 640x480 but keeps it in the upper left corner of the screen).
WINDOW 1 (Note - this line makes the game run in windowed mode. If you do WINDOW 0 (zero, not the letter), it won't go to window mode.

save this .ini file and close it.

Then I right click the actual .exe file (or launch file) and go to properties.
Access the compatability tab at the top. Place checkmark on the 'run in 640 x 480 screen mode'.

This worked for me. maxed out the detail settings once in the game.
not worried about FPS. hey, at least it's playable now.
