I'm trying to escape to the sea plan but whenever i finish the two targets off, i can't go further more than the position in the screenshot, i can return back but can not move forward.

Any idea abut this lag?

P.S I'm using windows 10.

I'm not sure what screenshot you are talking of, but I suppose you encountered this bug. Enabling V-Sync in graphic options should be enough to fix the glitch.
