Is this the complete game ? On Steam it has a DLC to restore missing contents. Is it integrated on GOG or simply completely missing ?

It is not complete, and GOG does not have the courtesy to make the "adult" patch available here. You can find the "18+" patch on the web, including through Steam community.

The adult patch is out of date now, apparently the game updated so that the existing adult patch no longer works
