I just got this but the software won't start - I keep getting a can't initialize graphics error, and it states to go to setup - how is this done?

Found out the set-up, but resetting the graphics doesn't resolve this issue.

I'm running on:

Windows 10
Intel (R) Core i7-3770 (3.4 GHz)
8.0 GB Ram

I tried setting the graphics to 1366 x 768 (my native resolution) at 32 bit.

Keeps giving me the same error message.

It lacks precision.
-Exact error message. (A small screen would be a plus of the error message)
-GPU (nvidia, amd, intel) that you have (very important because the problem can come from)

Otherwise we can not help you.

For me I play on pc windows 10 pro with proc i7 and geforce 670mx and everything works perfectly.
Please also specify which hidden & dangerous is giving you this problem, action pack or the sequel?
It's the action pack - both games in the pack give this error.
Same problem here. I have a titan X Pascal. I can launch Hidden and Dangerous 2 without problem but not this one, sadness :(

I found setting Widescreen 16:9 (1920x1080) or UltraWide 21:9 (2560x1080) resolutions seems to give this error.

I created a 4:3 resolution in the nVidia control panel of 1440x1080. Works perfectly.

Try setting 1024x768 (for 1366x768)
or if you can't set a custom res for 1920x1080, use 1280x1024 (close enough).
that was the solution ! A big thanks , Phexe !
