Is there any way to change the resolution? I can't see my resources at the bottom of the screen.

If you are running in window mode, move the window up so that it fits on your screen. If you are running in full screen mode, switch to window mode or check whether your monitor position is calibrated properly.

I do run it full screen. It may well be a monitor issue. I'm using an older HD TV and its given me problems with other games.
