Soo to play in multiplayer i need hamachi or something? Last time i have this game at steam and servers was shutdown. Here is the same stuff? or it usess diffrent servers? pls help me with info about it.

Теперь нужен хамачи чтобы играть посети или ещё какой то софт? В последний раз после покупки в стиме там отключили серваки и играть более нельзя. Здесь другие серваки или использовались те же ? пожалуйста помогите с информацией об этом

Do not confuse the junk HD Edition on Steam with this. They are entirely separate.

Heroes III Complete that you can get on GOG is capable of direct TCP/IP connections, LAN, and hot seat. For LAN, you can use a real LAN connection with cables or a third-party program like Hamachi or RadminVPN.

You can also use the lobby of the HD mod, but you can't host non-HotA rooms yourself without donating the last time I checked.

my bad i didnt mark HOMM V part its have a multiplayer like that too?

Yeah, Ubisoft's official server is long closed. The same multiplayer options I mentioned (except the Heroes 3 HD mod, obviously) are still viable.
