I've loved this game and series since the first time I played it. I just got a new computer and haven't played it in a while so I thought I'd buy it. I bought, downloaded, and installed it, but when I try to launch the game, it doesn't come up. I've tried waiting fro about an hour, I tried uninstalling and re-installing it and nothing is working! If someone could help me with this I would be very grateful :D (I won't be on this site often so if you answer me , please send it to my email theminecraftguy@live.com) I know that's a lot to ask but I need some help! :P

Not to be a font of negativity, but it would probably help to know what game you've bought, downloaded, and installed. It would probably also be helpful to know what type of computer you're doing this on. Win7, Mac, etc.

Is this your first Gog purchase and installation? What folder did you install to? The default or a different folder such as C://games/ ?

Well as the other guy said. We dont know if you are running winxp/vista/7 or linux,mac etc. But i bought this game on gog.com, and i am running win7 64bit. And it works just fine on my pc. Yes i do get some random crash but not often, and you always have autosave when it happens.

But back too your problem, i my self did encounter some problem when i was gonna play this for the first time. Got some a notice about direct draw problems, but i quickly found out it`s because i had " Windows button + P " on duplicate witch i use for wathing things on my tv. But too be able to play homm3 i have to make sure tv out is off. In my case i have make sure i got " Projector only " witch is set to be my computer screen to be able to play.

So if you get the error message you see in the picture i have attached just try " windows button+p " to see if it help out.
