When I play the GOG version of Hammers of Fate, the "Threat level" text, that is supposed to appear when you click on a monster stack on the adventure map, that text simply does not appear at all. It's totally missing.

Prior to making this thread, I've tried changing all the possible video settings in-game.

I've also tried Verifying my game's files multiple different times.

None of that had any effect on solving the problem.

In the base game, this "threat level" text does appear properly.

In the Tribes of the East expansion pack, it also appears properly.

So for me this problem is exclusive to Hammers of Fate specifically.

Do any of you know how I can solve this problem? It makes the game quite un-fun & also unplayable when I can't determine the monsters' threat level prior to choosing if I should fight them or not.

Can any of you verify for me whether or not the "threat level" text is also missing on your GOG version of Hammers of Fate?

EDIT: After doing more research, I've seen at least one person on Steam also complain of this same issue.

And I've also seen a Let's Play video of someone on youtube who bypassed this issue by way of using a mod for Tribes of the East, that allows the Tribes of the East game to launch the Hammers of Fate campaigns from within Tribes of the East.

However, as of 2021, the link to that mod, and also the instructions that go along with it and explain how to use it, they are now both absent, and instead the link leads only to a dead domain.

So I also have a supplementary question: do any of you have an alternative source for that mod and the instructions for how to use it, that still works as of now, in 2021?
