I'm pulling my hair out with this level. The whole campaign is stupid as fuck IMO, because the heroes on each level are already at level 25, which means their acquired skills are completely random. I finished the first level (Yog's level) with no Wisdom skill, and the second or third one (Crag Hack's level) with Wisdom and Air Magic, but no Earth Magic. Now I'm on the level where I'm controlling both characters, and neither knows Expert Town Portal. Since I couldn't predict such level would happen, I am now fucked.

The enemy has four castles I think, but I can reach two of them only after I've found four keymaster tents. And I have no idea how I'm supposed to do that, because I need scouts with good armies or else they get destroyed. If I send my good army scouting, then some asshole enemy will evidently come and conquer my own castles. Therefor, I'm at a crossroads.

Now, if I knew where the tents were, it wouldn't probably be so bad. But as it is, I have no desire to comb every tile to find these goddamn tents, so I guess what I'm asking is:

Does anyone have access to a screenshot of the full map, so I could see where the tents I need to visit are? I found one online, but even their "larger" size is still too small to read.

I swear if I see a level after this map (if I ever even finish it) where I'm controlling Yog or Crag Hack yet again, I'm going to go insane. Screw the necromancers.
Nevermind, I slept through the night and then tried again, using two scouts with really poor armies, and with a bit of luck I managed to find the tents and evade the enemy heroes long enough. Once I got through the gates and into the teleporters, it was pretty easy after all. For some reason the enemy didn't try to do any counter-attack, instead just wandering aimlessly, which gave me enough time to conquer the right side of the map, and then attacking from both sides with Yog and Crag Hack.
I use the walkthroughs here when I get stuck. They're pretty good, and use the detailed map with most everything important (quest gates, keymaster tents, towns, teleporters) labeled on them. It really helped with a couple of the particularly nasty levels. Unfortunately there's nothing there for Armageddon's Blade.

Also, for maps where your heroes start out at a high level, you can just restart the scenario over and over until you get a good set of skills. I know I restarted the Yog and Crag Hack levels about twenty times each before I got decent ones.

Yeah, I restarted them a few times too, but eventually just thought "fuck it" and went with the first skill set that didn't completely suck (no Eagle Eye or Navigation). Needless to say, that bit me in the ass later but it's too late to influence the skills now.

I'm once again at a level where I have to control Yog and Crag Hack. Yog started on a part of the map, where he couldn't get to the castle because of a small river blocking the path. He found some resources, but has ever since been completely useless on this map. I also would've lost the scenario because of him (he didn't have a good army mind you) if hadn't saved him with Crag Hack (conquered a town with a shipyard, then summon boated Yog the hell out of there).

I can't wait till I get to control Gem and Gelu again! These barbarians suck ass! (Finished the whole previous scenario with pretty much just Gelu and about 20 sharpshooters; the formula to victory = Expert Earth Magic & Wisdom, tons of spellpoints, Summon Earth Elemental + Resurrection (for the sharpshooters). Oh, and he had basic Dimension Door too, just for quick getaways or sudden attacks if need be). The barbarians? Well, the other one can run in the face of danger and the other one teleports randomly with the basic Town Portal. Stupid barbarians.
Phew, now I've finished all the campaigns (main game + expansions). Damn the last SoD campaign was hard. I would've never beaten it without pure luck, sneaking and speed. Although the last scenario was once again a lot easier than the previous ones, and I could plow my way through with only Skeletons and Vampire Lords (and summoned Earth Elementals, heh. Those are really worth pure gold on later levels).
