Yo.

Well, as the title states, my issue is about the Polish language in Heroes of Might and Magic 4 (Complete Edition) or to be more precise, lack thereof. I've had the box version of it which was published in Poland by CD Projekt but a friend of mine borrowed it and I never saw it again. Saw a sale for it, bought it again and didn't saw the option for the Polish language, only English, French and German.

Now that wouldn't be a huge issue for me, in fact I play most games in English, but with this game it just feels highly unnatural to play it in English. Also, HoMM series is very popular in Poland, so lack of Polish language for this game when GOG.com is part of CD Projekt is... strange, to say the least.

Would be awesome if Polish language would be added to the game, especially since the translation in it was very good and it was made by CD Projekt, so they definitely can re-use it quite easily.


PS. I know there are patches out there, but "native" support for PL language straight from GOG.com (and GOG Galaxy) would be useful.

As far as I know, Polish release of HoMM 4 can't be added to GoG because there is no license from Ubisoft about this. It is better to ask about it on Ubisoft's forums in my opinion.

It's just a form of kindness "Pani/Pan"
The person receiving the application is trying to make the best impression and gain the trust for it that why use his real name "Tomek".

Such a policy have Ubisoft.

Unfortunately, so far there are no electronic versions of these games in official sales. However, it can not be ruled out that it will ever change.
For the moment, there are only Polish version of the game available in boxed version.

Oh, I know. I'm just surprised he signed using a dimunitive "Tomek" only. Back in school I'd fail for signing a formal letter this way. You can use it with friends or whomever you're on good terms with, but if the situation is formal enough to require Pan/Pani, you use your proper first name at least, if not the last name.
