Yes. i was super dumb not to notice that ;) Still, where should i install it? Cause i tried to install it, running as administrator, in my account folder and it still doesnt work :(

Some place other than Program Files. For example: C:\Games\Heroes of Might and Magic 3 Complete

it also works if you create a folder in the main directory called "random_maps"

Woked for me too.

Unfortunately my game still crashes and freezes. :( I played randomly generated map for 10 mins or so and then it froze and crashed.

Does it crash during normal maps too, or only random?

At what point in game does it actually crash? During enemy turn? Do you have a previous save you can load, try different actions (or just click end turn) and see if it crashes during the exact same in-game day?

(If it crashes regularly at the same point, could you attach a saved game file and I'll see what could be causing it?)

Happens in normal and randomly generated maps. Crashes randomly sometimes when i just loaded in and sometimes after 5 - 10 mins.

Edit: So i tried to play from autosave (before crash) and crashing does not appear so like it was before i could continue game.

If it's a random glitch-crash, that doesn't happen in the same place, try using the HD mod. That might help.
