Sorry if this has been posted already, I looked but didn't see it.

When i load up the game, the sound plays normally, and i can interact with the game, but the screen is black. I tried re-installing. Any help please?
I am running Windows 8.1 with NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M

I tried setting the NVIDIA card to run with HOMM4 instead of the integrated card, that did nothing.

Run it in 640x480px mode(in right click, properties) and it should work. It will work in windowed screen too.
