I downloaded and installed game, but every time i try to launch game it crashes. i have tried everything the site recommends, but nothing changes. Help me please!!

What OS are you using? Windows 10?

Try enabling DirectPlay
https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Faqs/000027439/Activate-DirectPlay-or-DirectDraw-Direct-3D-on-Windows-10

Also, try the HD mod.
