I am trying to open the editor. I understand the file that comes with the game is only the original but I can live with that... but when I attempt to open it using the link in all programs nothing happens except that the system waits for a second and then nothing... I am running Windows 7 at the moment.
I have used dosbox to mount the drive and attempt to run the file but it says the file can not be ran in dos. So I used the compatibility box and tried 95 - XPsp3
Any ideas?

Tried right clicking it and running it as admin? If that works you can set that option to always been on in the same compatibility tab you set the game to run in 98/xp.

I have admin on as well... :/

Some of the posts in there explain how to open this up with a shortcut edit, give that a go and see if it works.
