I followed the instruction that Astrozombie that sugested.
I still get the no-cd error on my dosbox that I am running in Ubuntu 10.10
Any suggestions?
And if anyone knows, what is the right wine path to get it to work in Dosbox?

Got it to work, just had to mount the homm2.gog file instead of the homm2.inst file
