I searched literally EVERYWHERE south of both windmills in the Ring of Earth, but all I found were a lot of Rocs who protected 5,000 gold! WHERE is that book? Please!

It's behind mountains south of Stables and north-west from Trading Post. It's in the southern half of the ring.
