Can any one help me I am very frustrated!!! Have just bought this game & I don't know how to download it from my library. I have set up the download for GOG but cannot get this game to download. Have sent 3 emails to GOG & no reply, this is the first time I have ordered from this sight & are very frustrated about it not working.

Just click on the picture of the game on your library shelf. Then select the files(s) to download. Then double click on the installation file once it's downloaded.

I'm assuming you have GOG downloader installed. If not, download and install it - http://www.gog.com/downloader

Now, go to Account - Library and click on a picture of Heroes 3.

Make sure you have GOG.com Downloader mode set to "ON" (if not, just click on OFF button)
Then click on "Windows installer, English" to start downloading your game (see pic below). Use the same way to also download Universal update.
