GOG has nothing to do with Heroes. You need Ubisoft.

Do you even need any approval for a LARP? Unless LARP means something else than I think it does.

Yeah, I've seen people doing LARPs for pretty much everything, the only one that got changed (and I think they decided to do it themselves, they didn't get a letter) was a Harry Potter themed one, and they just renamed everything and changed the lore.
