When I was incredibly young, this was one of the only games we had, besides the one-player RPG might and magic installments. Never have I been more in love with the way buildings feel fantastical and charming, the incredible musical score, or the wonderful sense of humor that pervades almost every scenario. The gameplay is incredibly fun and addictive, the animation is absolutely gorgeous and the sound... Just take a listen to the soundtrack if you haven't already. I can't recommend this enough. Mad props to you, GOG, for getting this up and running!
P.S. If you're new to the series, try the barbarian, knight, or sorceress: They aren't 'weaker' or 'stronger' then any other town, but they are generally good to pickup. Many happy hours of gaming!
