It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

If you open your Hexen 2 folders which contain .ogg files, and Windows Explorer appears to hang and becomes unresponsive:

1) Press Control + Shift + Esc on your keyboard.

2) Click on the Windows Explorer process in the Task Manager window.

3) On the lower right-hand corner of the Task Manager window, press the Restart button.

Doing this will close the hung window without effecting your system's stability and without having to reboot your system.

The following steps will change the default program that plays .ogg files away from Groove Music, which causes the above mentioned hanging issue:

4) Press Windows key + I (upper case for the letter i) and then choose the Settings menu.

5) Select Apps, then Default Apps, then scroll down to Choose Default Apps by File Type.

6) In the new window that appears, scroll down to the .ogg filetype and click on Groove Music.

7) Change the default program away from Groove Music.

When you change the default .ogg file playing program away from Groove Music, Windows Explorer will no longer hang when it tries to open folders that contain ogg files. I also recommend following the same process for .oga and .ogm files as well, just to be safe.

Alternatively, as suggested by FulVal below, you can also uninstall Web Media Extensions (Youtube Video) instead and that will fix the hanging issue as well.

Nope, this problem is caused by Web Media Extensions app, and only when Indexing is enabled. If you disable .ogg Indexing you can fix this problem, so there is a conflict between Indexing and Web Media Extensions (for now i suggest to remove Web Media Extensions)

But i will check also if there are some bugs of Groove app

When I changed the default OGG playing program away from Groove Music, it solved the hanging issue for me, but my method simply avoids having to uninstall anything. Yours is valid as well.
Now we need a fix from Microsoft... (Ye, in 20 years -.-')

And Groove has a very small support... i will remove it soon

edit: removed Groove Music from my computer, this app has some problems already reported by some users into official Feedback app (ignored by Microsoft...) and also into Groove Music's page in the store

ignored also all feedbacks about this bug with .ogg files
