I purchased the Heretic + Hexen remastered collection. When I went to install it, the thing stopped at 2% and gave me an error mesage:

"Installation Failed (E3)
Could not connect to GOG servers."

I tried installing another game, and I had no issues doing so. For some reason, the Heretic + Hexen bundle just won't install for some reason, even though I'm clearly connected! It's failed 5 times in the exact same way now!

Please help?

I gather that you're installing via Galaxy?

If so, and if that method continues to not work, perhaps you might be able to install via the offline installer(s). If that downloads successfully--and if it doesn't download via Galaxy, maybe try downloading via the GOG website--you should, hopefully, be able to then install by running it.
