I feel stupid asking, as I probably am missing something. After exiting the first level (The Docks), I'm stuck on the "Level completed" screen - nothing happens, the game doesn't progress, pressing Enter7Escape etc. doesn't do anything.

Press the key you have bound for "use". By default it is E.
