Hi.
I've just completed Hellblade and I'm told it cannot sync my savegame(s) to the cloud due to storage quota which seems weird since the game only consists of an autosave feature.

The popup I get also says the quota for this game is 200 MB and my "User data files on this computer" is 0 MB.

I've tried to contact support via the chat function which doesn't really make it easy to contact support and I've given up spending more time on that feature. Hopefully a member of the support team will read this and reach out.

Thank you.

I have just come across this same error with Loop Hero. I only have one save on the game so there's no way I've exceeded the quota. I'm troubleshooting it now. I'll be back here if I figure it out.

Okay that didn't take me long. Try this see if it works. I went into the settings menu for the game. Then I moused over manage installation. Then I clicked Verify/Repair. I let it do it's thing. Then I opened the game and copied my save. (Loop Hero only has one save so it wasn't hard.) Then I exited the game and went back to manage installation and clicked configure. I unchecked the box for "Sync local saves with GOG Galaxy Cloud" Then loaded the game again and did something and exited again. Then I went back into Configure again and re-enabled cloud sync. Then I loaded the game one last time and opened my save. did something in the game and exited and it corrected the issue and my save backed up.
