Here are to find demos for Win and Linux

Consider the demo version is 1.2, while final game is version 1.6.
I don't know about the differences, I don't (yet) own the full game, but that's just a matter of time. :)

That's not the demo, that's the freeware version of the full game. The actual demo can be found on Steam and it's an up to date one. But yeah, the freeware version can give you an idea about Hedon, granted it's a bit dated at this point.
