I have a couple problems.

This is the problem I am having

The set up for Hard redux ends like this:

unable to execute file: shutdown

shellexectureex failed: code 2
the system cannot find the file specified.

It then says it's finished but when I go to launch or double click on the icon I get this.

Hard Reset Redux Launcher

cannot start game (path:'..\hr.exe')

Help please. Thank you.

Have you tried redownloading and reinstalling the game? You have to make sure to download all the .bin files with the .exe file.
