It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

I can launch Hammerting fine, but I can't start a new game -- the game will crash immediately if I try. There is a popup error message:

Vulkan 1.1 graphics API system call failed.
Update your video card drivers at:
https://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx
or
https://www.amd.com/en/support

( vkAllocateMemory( _mman->_dev->_device, &mai, nullptr, &dm._mem ) )

Return code: VK_ERROR_OUT_OF_DEVICE_MEMORY

So I went to nvidia.com and downloaded the latest driver for GeForce GTX 960M. I installed it, rebooted my computer, and... there is no change in what happens when I attempt to start a game. I get exactly the same message, and the game still crashes.

You can send a dxdiag.txt to bugs@warpzonestudios.com for us to investigate.

Here's a link how to create one: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/open-and-run-dxdiag-exe-dad7792c-2ad5-f6cd-5a37-bf92228dfd85
